EOS is the Entrepreneurial Operating System.
It's the system Doerre Construction has chosen to run on.
The leadership team attended the first ever Conference for Companies Running on EOS in Atlanta on April 20th and 21st.
And we want the entire team to know WE LEARNED A TON!
We saw the author and founder of the EOS system, Gino Wickman, speak about what he has dubbed 'The EOS Life'.
We learned about how to make our hiring process better.
We learned more about the EOS Tools - and how we can better use them and incorprate them into our カップルのための新婚ゲームの質問 conversations and processes.
We learned about tribal trust and self trust.
We learned that we need to be having a quarterly conversation with every employee.
We learned a book is due out in September called "What the heck is EOS" - and we plan to get every employee a copy.
And we learend that EOS is really what we should be calling this system we have grown to love - not Traction.
Traction is a book.
EOS is the system.
These are just a few of the learnings and ideas we captured in this powerful two day conference and wanted to share a bit of that with all of you - and let you know more information and tools will be forthcoming.

Drew joins Doerre with 8 years of experience, as a Superintendent and Project Manager.
He graduated from Appalachian State with a degree in Building Sciences and a double concentration in Architectural Design and Construction Management.
They met at a young age on a Disney Cruise and kept in touch through the years until she moved east.
They have a daughter who is almost 3.
He enjoys anything and everything outdoors: Golf, fishing, hunting, camping, and sports.
It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Andrew Fisher to the Doerre team.
Andrew began in January as a Project Manager and brings 11 years of experience in the construction industry, spending the last 8 years as a project manager for a design-build contractor.
Andrew went to high school and college in Buffalo, NY and moved to Charlotte 8 years ago.
Andrew is married with 3 young daughters ages 1,3 and 5.
I ran my first 10 K this past weekend in Charleston.
The Cooper River Bridge Run.
Finished in 70 minutes and 46 seconds per the official race results.
Not bad out of some 40,000 participants.
I had a great time although it was harder than I expected.
A little more preparation would have made a big difference.
Chad was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, but calls the Carolinas home.
He has two older brothers and one sister.
Chad earned a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University; he is coming to Doerre with 11 years of experience as a Superintendent, working on new construction and renovations in retail, office, education, industrial, multi-family, and government projects.

Our Subs — our Team Kudos to Ben Vaughan for providing myself and the Preconstruction department with some valuable feedback on some subcontractors he had either good or bad experiences with on one of his recent projects.
After our Operations meeting, where I opened for input - Ben shared with me two subcontractors who stood out to him from his time at QT Gaffney.
And I hope that this post will allow everyone to reflect a bit on the Team of subs they have on their project and continue to provide input on performance that allows us to capitalize on our strong resources, and grow those flowers that need watering.
Thomas Brothers Landscaping was on the high performing side for Ben — they lived up to their schedule commitments, they worked WITH the team through problems, and most importantly, they communicated when they saw an issue.
The strength was not that everything went absolutely perfectly, but that they played as a team quickly informing Ben when they struck a site line that was not their own.
Casco signs fell on the other end of the spectrum for this particular project.
Their lack of communication and professionalism cost Ben nearly 2 weeks with the simple oversight of not calling in a locate when one was clearly needed.
Ben also acknowledged this was his first experience with Casco, so it could have been a fluke — but to that point, we find it invaluable to get feedback from as many of you as we can about the folks you are working with — so we can help you, help them, and ultimately help our team by deciding to use continue reading subcontractors who truly become a part of our team.

Something from the article that stood out to me is this: "g カップルのための新婚ゲームの質問 Customer Experiences are not exclusively the preserve of those with huge budgets.

Their lack of communication and professionalism cost Ben nearly 2 weeks with the simple oversight of not calling in a locate when one 無料のオンラインエイリアンゲーム clearly needed.
Ben also acknowledged this was his first click here with Casco, so it could have been a fluke — but to that point, we find it invaluable to get feedback from as many of you as we can about the folks you are working with — so we can help you, help them, and ultimately help our team by deciding to use those subcontractors who truly become a part of our team.
Thanks Ben — and I look forward to any continue reading and further feedback!

We are also excited for him to move out of the field and into the office in January as an Assistant Project Manager!

Our Subs — our Team Kudos to Ben Vaughan for providing myself and the Preconstruction department with some valuable feedback on some subcontractors he had either good or bad experiences with on one of his recent projects.
After our Operations meeting, where I opened for カップルのための新婚ゲームの質問 - Ben shared with me two subcontractors who stood out to him from his time at QT Gaffney.
Ben also acknowledged this was his first experience with Casco, so it could have been a fluke — but to that point, we find it invaluable to get feedback from as many of you as we can about the folks you are working with — so we can help you, help them, and ultimately help our team by deciding to use those subcontractors who truly become a part of our team.
Thanks Ben — and I look forward to any comments and further feedback!

It is a book about faith and values and I think that it also has applications in our work at Doerre.
Who we are is stated and published in our Values, Vision, Mission and Purpose.
If we make decisions based upon these beliefs and utilize them in our communication and interaction with others we should always know what to do.
Following the path created by our values may not be the easiest thing to do or the path of least resistance, but it will clearly be where we must go if we just listen to ourselves.

We learned more about the EOS Tools - and how we can better use them and incorprate them into our daily conversations and processes.
We learned about useful バービーグリッターネイルゲーム pity trust and self trust.
These ideas and learnings will not set a new course for Doerre - we are and will continue to be on the righ path.
The EOS system has been working here and we are excited to increase our knowldege of the tools alrady present in the EOS System - and continue to make it better and more impactful for the team as well as each member individually.

Ben also acknowledged this https://jackpot-promocode-deposit.site/3/5033.html his first experience with Casco, so it could have been a fluke — but to that point, we find it invaluable to get feedback from as many of you as we can クリスマネーポーカーゲーム the folks you are working with — so we can help you, help them, and ultimately help our team by deciding カップルのための新婚ゲームの質問 use those subcontractors who truly become a part of our team.

Congratulations and keep up the hard work!
